Buffalo stampede

This herd of buffalo had been quietly resting on the other side of the river when something (wolves or grizzly?) scared them and they began to head for the hills at full speed. I was up the valley hoping to get a glimpse of a black wolf that had been seen in the area also grizzlies had been seen just blow here the night before. When the stampede began I drove quickly(!) down the gravel road so as to intercept them.
