@pixie1nur totall agree with you, aybe they felt that it is unhealthy because of the evaporated milk? I dunno but evaportaed milk is what makes the chai delicious for me!

@thisisixas I am assuming assam tea, CTC. You can get a pound of it for $5 at Indian grocery stores. But you don't have to use only assam, you can use green or other black teas. I have had chai with white tea, too!

why people love to ask foolish qestion for the sake of foolishness..?? someone said kitchen is dirty, well probably that man washes his hand more than you so, ( 5 OR MORE THAN 5 TİMES A DAY) , so his environment will be more cleaner than urs! just because his kitchen is modest, u cannot talk that way. Secondly, what makes a simple tea unhealthy , especially when he filled the pot with natural spices?? defo healthier than our starbucks!! wel finally, why what he adds does matter to u!

I was impressed till he added evaporated milk but I said to myself ok, He added so much water so if he adds normal milk it will get too diluted, so I said genius.
but when he added color, I would like sue him. He is adding food color and the lies that it gives flavour.
Red color causes liver damage, thyroid tumours and is a carcinogen.
It is banned in many european countries.
His tea must be tasty but food coloring is either a petrochemical dye or a lake and will only affect the taste negatively
