poem says it all really.... Its a vicious circle and very hard to stop...
The effects will always continue even after the abuse stops. Leading to depression, self - harm and even worse.

Self inflicting is hard to stop, but I've finally found someone who loves me and won't hurt me or let me go

Feel like he's slipping away now :/

Just the other day he said he was truly sorry and that he misses me but now he hasn't talked to me since

I feel like he doesn't want to talk to me, and is slowly leaving me... But he says he still wants me...
