This guy is one of those Congolese.He and others vibrated the East Africa, specifically Kenya with soukous music. He played with many bands before starting his Orch Virunga- He had superb voice, young and rocked the then Voice of Kenya (VOK) rock with lingala music.
So much that local Kenyans got adicted to the Lingala Music. Local musicians music got jelous to and bitterly complained to the Govt.

Who like Samba Omar Mapangala! these men/women make IDOMMITABLE team. Most of all they entertain, dance to perfection, high level of endurance, motivated crew and highly trained to do what they gotta do before the audience. I luv u all S O Mapangala, keep strong and God bless ur team.

the guy sings in kiswahili, the song is about this hit saying, we are on the way coming to give you 'your roasted meat and salad' (this hit). nairobi, dar-es-salaam, kampala,etc. music is like soap to your soul it cleans all the worries away.. basically that is what it's about.
