This is me walking with a 125lb dumbbell in each hand (250 total)... Me and my friend actually broke these dumbbells this day because the bars were so over loaded. You can see we had to put the collars on backwards just so that much weight would fit. Since then I have made much better DB handles so look for new farmers walk videos to come thing spring/ summer. And yes, I'm wearing sissy gloves...

  • @bugatti264 so you can walk with 250lbs of Dumbbells in your hands without grunting? Cool, lets see the vid!!

  • @MrStocktonian this exercise is for building grip strength.

  • @varun009 it's 125lbs in each hand.

  • agreed with the glove comments actually. at the time I didn't have any chalk and the knurling was tearing the callouses off of my hands.

  • dude its not that heavy ! what you grunting for ??

  • @TheOpenSight you're holding it wrong. utube "mark rippetoe grip" to see how to hold stuff like this. i farmwalk 100lb all the time and never get any ripping, tearing (though i do get a slight callous development, very very slight).

  • what muscle are you targeting with this basically the whole leg or what

  • is that 125lbs total or 125 a piece. cause i started with 90.

  • @MCA41691 I agree! Why gloves?! Real men have calluses and NEVER wear gloves. Use chalk. It's a grip exercise, therefore... No gloves.

  • DAMN! That was good!
