This to me means symbolises addiction. The sailor leaves everything he knows and loves to be alone with the "foot" and it seems this foot has control over his life. "you won;t find a moments peace until i'm happy" Always chasing the high. Addicts also like to drown out the world around them and their problems with their drugs for a moments peace but in the long run all those problems catch up. Sailor drowns out his problems and ends up alone walking the seabed. Dunno i'm baked n wanna analyse
