Training for my 10,000 ball marathon at Pockets in Tallahassee September 18 & 19, 2009 - a fundraiser benefiting The United Way of The Big Bend. I need to average 1:40 per rack to get to 10,000 in 24 hours - as of today - (09-07-09) I am averaging 1:18 per rack - with some clearances under a minute.

On this day, I was on a 9 foot Brunswick Gold Crown with 4 1/2 inch shimmed pockets and fairly new Simonis cloth - the actual run will be on two 8 foot tables with 5 inch buckets and slow cloth.

I like my chances of hitting 10,000 early on Saturday.

Also, I have added in some more Pool Ball Juggling at the end of the video.

  • David,

You amaze me. Keep up the great pool artistry.

  • good shooting dude

  • Nice shooting man! I love to play fast! lol.. for some weird reason, when i play faster i tend to make better position and my shots go in more accurate (faster paced not "slamming" the balls in) I still shoot smoothly and gentle but i move around the table a bit quicker than some. My step father (who has been my coach for 8 years) always gets onto me for not taking my time..lol.. and he's right but i get such a rush of excitement to clear the racks off fast as possible! lol..
