these two exercises will help with eye strain and arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome.
if you use a computer often or do other tasks that require staring or small repetitive hand motions, this can help.

  • What exactly does one achieve by doing the 'eye yoga' exercises ??

  • it stretches the muscles that move your eyes.

  • Good, thanks for that ;-) But I can not see well the first part because it's a little too dark and far (with shadows...) Can you show it better, please ?

    Cheers

  • nice to see someone on youtube actually laugh, it's good to laugh at yourself occasionally. Also enjoyed the exercises.

  • ouch my hands hurted after doing this exercise

  • You didn't leave enough time to complete 3 breaths--otherwise this was very good--thanks!

  • For me, the hand exercises help my fingers feel more nimble. I should think these would help musicians such as string players.

  • For me, helps prevent eye strain when out in the bright sun.

  • I have to do eye yoga because my eye muscle start feeling atrophied and strained from always lokking streight forward..our eyes are meant to look all around... some people thoink its funny to see eyes roll or move but i think this is is a convention of our time part of our physical social conditioning..when

I look just forward all the time i feel somehow trapped like iwant to look to the left or look up but there is some stigma assosiated with this movement

  • And do you feel good after completion of the 'eye' exercises ?? How does the 'hand' version work ??

  • that was surprisingly refreshing.
