DNC Protest at 15th and Colfax

A protest where a ton of people were chanting "What do we want: Justice. When do we want it: Now!"...Apparently they had been tear-gassed earlier, and several people were arrested. On the second part they are chanting to let the people who were arrested go. There were a ton of cops everywhere, and Colfax was closed....Quite the ordeal, no violence though.

It's hard to tell, but to the left of the flashing lights is where the protesters were. There were a lot more than it looks like in the video.

I wonder if these were some of the people who were involved in the mass arrest later on. The cops claimed the protesters charged them- but they were not letting any of the media near the scene. So much for freedom of the press in 2008 America. Cops think freedom of speech is just bullshit anyway- I'm sure they enjoyed arresting those folks.
