Hi, I am so glad I found your site :) I'm 5' 4" and was over 300 lbs. On my own I lost 85 lbs but have put 30 back on. A co-worker has encouraged me to join our local gym- a first for me ! I was told, no scales...pictures every 3 to 4 weeks to see the results but I would like to know in inches (as on TV), but was too embarrassed to ask how to do it. Being new to the internet I had no idea what kind of help was out there. Thank-you so much for taking the time... it means a lot to me!
