Yes, but 1,500 frames is about 10 times longer than the average animated scene in a cartoon or a movie.
Movies are made one scene at a time. Each scene goes in its own FlipBook file. Then you combine the scenes in a video editor just like you do in a live action movie.

Yo make movies 1 scene at a time. Then you put the scenes together in a video editor, the same way the do live action movies. 1500 frames is about 10 times longer than the average scene.
