You need the special edition of the game to play as vergil. If you got it from America then you have to beat the game once, if it is from europe it is he is unlocked from the start.

@UNDEADCHIMERA7 has to be special editition and if its not no vergil (but u can use sparda in the game) and if the case says specialo edition but the disk doesnt you got tricked out of money it happened to me.

well in the end Vergil lost to dante and mundus Because dante pushing him down causes him to lost to mundus which is the price of darkness
