Elite high school football player performing his first-ever set of KB Windmill at McConnell Athletics.This is one of the best drills for developing a strong, stable, and active midsection as well as other attributes (i.e. shoulder stability, hip mobility). We are starting here with a 12kg (26lb) KB and will quickly move up, however typical beginners are wise to begin with a tight fist {without external loading} for initial 2-3 sessions.
