@FilthyRacistCanada are we no better than animals ? the kids that are abducted are being robbed of their rights to the other parent, and the other parent , unless they are abusive , have the right to their child. This is just as wrong as it is in Islamic nations were the women have no rights and men take the children as they please. human rights should include both genders

@1412Bunny Korea is indeed man-dominating society by the Confucian. but Japan is diametrically different from Confucian or Christian Korea. Japan denied the Confucian in the 18th century and banned the Christianity in the medieval age. It' traditionally the woman-dominating society. Woman has the right to take the child.

JOINT CUSTODY IS NOT ALWAYS A BAD THING!! Child visitation is not a bad thing. Treat each divorce case individually. Japanese parents are not always better than non-Japanese parents! Mothers are not always better than fathers! Any parent who would steal a child from the other parent out of spite, lie and brainwash their children does not deserve to be a parent. Doesn't matter what nationality.

is the right thing?? Enforce your own visitation rights and other countries' court orders!! Give children the right to see BOTH parents!! If it can be PROVEN that there was domestic violence, then fine...HOWEVER, how many of these no good lying, child abducting, thieves, that call themselves "parents" can actually prove what they claim?? I bet most of them can't!There is too much hypocrisy in Japan...can anyone say, North Korea Abductions? Stop being so selfish, unethical and stubborn Japan!!!
