Delicious recipe! Thanks for the idea! I did your recipe and used a serving (2 scoops) of Tera's Whey Organice Bourbon Vanilla powder (can get at Whole Foods) and got a slightly different nutritional breakdown. This is just for information's sake - did the calculations on MyFitnessPal. Basically, calories = 166, fat = 13, carbs = 16 and the fiber was unclear, but I'm assuming it's close and I'm counting it as 3. Super yummy - you are a great inspiration for clean eating!

Nice i am going to try those with organic peanut butter, I could save myself a fortune in protien bars hiking. :)

@handchri: I suppose a different kind of nut butter...like almond butter? The brand I buy varies depending on the store.

@a4dpredator: Yes, its high in fiber and protein...its also whole grain. Definitely all the right workings to help with weight :)

@ranza6980: I imagine so. If its too dry after doing that you may have to add a little more water.
