Actually, American F-15A's and C's have killed no civilians, as they carry no bombs and are only suited for Air to Air, so the first guy was correct, they defend our skies.

@knifemakejake Operationally American F15A and C carry absolutely no air to ground ordinance, ever, period. The capability of course is there, but USAF F15 albino pilots have not trained in that in nearly 30 years.
