Oh man, that must be a nightmare of a situation if someone asks you to say "Toblerone Rolo Combo" and you don't want to. Either way you lose.

Being Scottish though, I get this too. With any words with a double T in it, or words with the "AR" syllable in it, like Harry, Garage or Parsley. Luckily for me, I'm a master of accents so whenever someone asks, I say them in Queen's English. Job sorted!
