During the speech Harper mentions his 'approach' to 'Climate Change' which calls for major polluters like the US, China and India to all come aboard before Canada will do anything!

Harper also refers to N.A.F.T.A as an overwhelming 'success' that should be carefully administered so all nations benefit!

Basically, Harper endorses the North Amrican Union!
