@TheCrazyPrankster Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to fight with you. I just want to point out that you're making a lot of assumptions. One, I'll first admit I'm not sure about this, but I don't believe that a magic trick can be copyrighted. Might be wrong. Two, not sure where you're from but in the US, implication of something is not grounds enough to file suit, proof is required. Third, who says this trick IS copyrighted? Finally, who says he doesn't hold said copyright?
-
@TexasTrucker210 the magician who created the trick can sue the one performing. not because the magician performs it but because it says revealed. this suggest that people are trying to screw over the copyrighted magician by just giving his trick away
-
@AchmedDeedit He'd probably count (1, 2, 3) from the same direction he spells ONE or TWO (1/O, 2/N, 3/E)
-
@TheCrazyPrankster What is he selling that classifies this as advertising?
-
Ya know this can be classed as false advertising because it includes the word revealed, right?
-
Uhm .. did you explain it by the way ? Cause I didn't even see any tutorial ..
-
I can't believe people are actually saying "what if he picked 3"?? R u all stupid he would count from right or left three objects... He didn't tell u from the beginning what he would do with the number u would pick...
