  • Great vids. Are you the same Christian Roebling, great grandson of John Roebling?

  • @nick24302 No relation. Thanks for watching. Subscribe!

  • Has anybody ever really believed EVH when he bitches about DLR or Sammy not being able to hold it together and being amicable to band mates?? Listen to this idiot. He's fucking hammered or high or both. And hey, Eddie, can you put the cigarette down for 30 seconds while a professional attempts to interview you. What a pig.

  • Edward is like a doorknob: he's only useful when paired with a door. The guitar is the door.

  • Aw man, take it easy on EVH. He was probably fucked up during this interview.

  • This interview was a disaster. Having said that, I don't care that I'm going to hell over this or not but I laughed out loud at the paraplegic joke.

  • 1985, best year ever ! back to the future was in theaters when this interview was happinin.

  • Hes still the most innovative guitar player in the last 30+ years. His current wolfgang guitar is probably the best out there, and he spent years telling people what he wanted out of his guitars. He was a punk back then for sure...but he was a rock star who had everyone kissing his ass to be part of the gravy train.

  • OK. Time to move on....................

  • @WIStreetKings: Read Sammy's book, then read Valeries book. 2 different people who spent alot of time with EVH say the same thing about how he was when it was bad & how he was when things were great. It's a shame that all that (negative) stuff went on for soooo looong.

  • I love his guitar playing.... but he comes across as annoying punk.... the first person you want to persuade to leave the party.

  • I agree...Yeah, he's wasted here. Not making any excuses for him, but he's always been like this pre 96. Says what he wants, jokes around with distasteful stuff, but many people here are forgetting...This is the mid 80's where your bankers and accountants did coke too. It was before political correctness, and sorry...check out more interviews with "Rock Stars" from this era. Most of 'em were not far off from Ed in this one.

  • He sounds like a moron. I thought junkies were suppose to use in private at home. What a joke.

  • so much for the door. He's a child in this video. He didn't mention anything about Django and Stanley Jordan doing the hammerons way before him. Duddddd
