I carry Hornady Critical Defense with all my guns. Thanx for the heads up.

You should try out the Remington Golden Saber ammo for carry. Ive never had a ftf or miss fire with this ammo.

my remington Home defence i had in my beretta 92 worked great, but in my EMP it nose dives as well. what was the best feeding defence ammo you used?

wow sitting here watching your video still at 7:25 ish that is freaky..I would PUKE if myself or my wife had to ever use a side arm to save our life and to pull the trigger and just hear a click would be heart breaking to say the least. Great video sir!

We just got this gun for Mrs5point56 last night :) have the PDX rounds for carry and in the house.These are beautiful pistol's she can not wait to get home from work so she can put a video up..she will not let me do the video..lol Mr5point56

The Triton Quick-Shock is another nice ccw ammo option. I use them in .40 cal 135 grain. In my SIG P-239. Triton lists them at 1,325 FPS from a 4 1/4 inch barrel. The Gold dots and Ranger SXT are good also. As is the Remington Golden Sabers.

glad to know that about Hornady CD's I will stop looking for them and jus stick with Speer Gold Dot's and Winchester Rangers, you should look into 147gr Gold Dots when you carry the EMP with its 3" barrel since its not rated foe +P ammo

Glad things worked out for you w/the EMP. I have a buddy that has one and he has said for some reason some HPs hang up on the feed ramp when he tries to chamber a fresh round. Did you find this? I'm thinking of buying one in 9 also. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on the 147gr HST.

@thrasher123 Per the vid yeah Critical Crap nose dived into the feed ramp and would not chamber. Power Stroke, slide release from slide lock, and slingshotting all did not work to chamber Critical Crap. Overall the EMP had 0 malfunctions at the range. No failures at all. Next vid will talk about HSTs. Overall very pleased and consider the EMP reliable for CCW. Just have to make sure your self defense ammo works with the EMP.
