yes he has, but hes not this superhuman indestructible guy everyone makes him out to be. you dont need to play in the NHL to see how a guy fights. what he does isnt that spectacular. its basic. but better then most guys in the show. dont get me wrong. hes one of my favorite fighters and for good reason.

im gunna lay it out there. anyone with a half assed idea on boxing training knows what rypien does is NOT anything special. and dont say "oh well fight him then hed kick your ass" no he wouldnt. he mixes up his shots, throws clean crisp punches and has fast hands. most guys that fight are brawlers with little technique. so jump off the bandwagon because hes nothing special. fun to watch. but hes not superhuman. and for the stortini haters...hes in the NHL...you are not. that is all.

How many games have you played in the NHL? Or any pro hockey for that matter. What he does is very impressive because of the calibre of hockey he can play as well. And his dad was a Canadian Boxing Champion so I bet you he's had some pretty good boxing training.
