yeah its really easy to do all that.. try not choking up so much on the stick (at least when playing in a game) use all 6 ft.

@crowe334 thats not the point... the point is the better you get with your stick and keeping the ball in your stick the better you will be at the sport. You cant do good in lacrosse unless you know stick skills, yea even tricks like this
