Boat had been running fine two weeks ago. Got to the boat ramp and NO POWER to Tilt/Trim and No Power to the starter. After checking the obvious battery and fuse this one took some digging, Hopefully this will save you some time.

  • \i have watched this video 10 times to see what you are really going to point out! but all it does "this wire goes there and then another wire..." and at the end saying there are so many wires behind this and then...!

    Sorry, if it was confusing to you, the problem is the "Red" hot wire, there is a butt splice behind the electronics panel that corrodes which does not allow the 12 volts to get up to the 703 controller. When you pull the 10 pin connector apart on the male side the very top pin should have 12 volts if not then there will be no power to the controller. I should have taken a picture.

  • Where are you fishing, tex gulf I guess,,,Im in NM fish mostly the lakes for bass, crappie, sometimes cat, lots of stream trout but Im not into that although the camping in the mountains is great, but I really want to get in on some flounder and ? drums and trout I guess, I would take my bass boat in the salt water , can you tell me where to go and I suppose its a must to have a boat ??? thanks
