I actually think this is just a pisstake responce to calls by Tuhoe Nation for a homeland in the Urewera. Can you really imagine theses guys managing to raise the money to afford anything more than a tin shed and chicken coop on the outskirts of Waimangaroa?

I can understand small minded people being frightened of immigrants,but violence is the recourse of fuckwits,we all know that. I don't like the bad name this nazi crap gives us real skinheads.

I am an old skin, 'spirit of 69' and I've been in a lot of bovver & a few prisons,but the few times I've been violent,I have been 'out of control',not 'in my right mind'.

I have never been racist either.

I used to know Kyle when he used to hang out at the city mission caravan in Cathedral Square Christchurch. We were quite good friends.

We did a course together at a marae. He was a skinhead then,but not racist.

He was always friendly and good natured towards everyone,and some of his best friends were Maori.He was friendly with Vic Tamati who does the domestic abuse ad on TV now.

I really can't imagine what happened to make him the way he his now.

I'd like to see him again and have a chat.

I understand why people join these groups. Imagine if you were really quite stupid, you didn't have any talents and no one loved you. You would hate yourself, and want to die. Then suddenly, you find out that a group of people (NF, KKK etc) will accept you into their whanau based ONLY on your whiteness! It would be so great. Finally someithng to live for, to belong to.

Its the same reason many people join gangs. they are stupid, ugly and worthless, and just want to be loved.
