nice vid...nice spotlessly clean looking kitchen...but that blue rubbish bin on the right with no lid on..... think you might get a slap from the food hygiene inspector..?

@xxXSWEETCHILLIXxx , add more eggs. 4 eggs for 1 kg flour and use normal flour instead of selfrising flour. Add 30 gr yeast and let the dough rise well. at least an hour. If you use selfrising flour you have to knead a very long time.

Naan without Nigella Sativa is not Naan. Add more eggs. 4 eggs for 1 kg flour makes the Naan airy, add some cocospowder and a pinch of salt to make it complete.

i tried it exactly the same way as you did and mine turned out like hard big round biscuits :( duno what i did wrong...

@puallovrey. correct, they are better than all the takeaways i've ever had. Cant fault ANY of his dishes. You must be doing something wrong!!!!
