Mitali Debnath - part 1 - Cosmic Exercises, preparing us for KRIYA YOGA
important note: The few important rules to start with are:
- We should keep our eyes closed and focused on 3rd eye, imagine energy is flowing through our medula oblongata to the part of the body we are exercising
- Face east or north
- Stomach to be empty, say after about 4 hours of having a meal.
- Drink water before you start exercising.
These Cosmic exercises give you new energy, make you stronger and if you do them daily it prepares you for the immense energy coming from the universe. It is a preparation for the Kriya Yoga breathing. After doing this exercises take some time for meditation and allow the love and the light to flow through you!
