I appreciate that these types of list-programs are easy to produce, provide some fun quick quips, and are easy filler for the network that puts them on. Still, are we so dumb today that we are completely indifferent to any nuance that provides colour and substantial depth? Sports media fails!

I give my opinions everywhere here on in Chicago, and for sure not a guy like you can prevent me to say what i think. Mike Singletary was one of the best middle linebacker ever, but Bo Jackson was a freak of nature he was 230 pounds or more, the same weight of Singletary, plus he ran a 4.2 40y and 10.30 in 100 meteres. This is physics not football, even a defensive linemen of 300 punds couldn't stop a guy like Bo in full speed.

I totally disagree with you and averybody says the Boz was a bad player. He was good and made an excellent rookie season. The problems were the injured shoulder and his interest to go to hollywood instead of playng football. I also don't understand this thing with Bo Jackson. Bo was a 230 pound running 4.2 40y, he was one of the best athlete ever to play the game. He could run over everybody, also urlacher, singletary or whoever you want.
