Eyewitnesses have described a Jeep Cherokee being driven at speed towards the building with flames coming out from underneath.

They have also described seeing two Pakistani men, one of whom was on fire, who had been in the car.

"I managed to knock the man to the ground with my forearm and the police got on top of him and restrained him and put handcuffs on him."

Damn straight, Stay out of Renfrewshire. I lived 15 minutes down the road from those idiots and that makes me sick to my stomach that those kind of people are amongst us. We need to keep those kind of people out of our country and not allow them to enter into the UK under any circumstances, sadly that won't happen, but you mess with the Scottish and we'll be happy to draw our swords and battle axes and go to blows with anyone.

I was just cruisin' through, did not come to make any really profound statement. But there is something about the pipes and a bit of 'Ol Bill. Aware Americans love freedom loving Scots, and Scotland because of them. As for my own bit I would say, away with the Crown. I have real issues, historically and currently with that lot. Anyway, long live Scotland.
