Not bad for a 3 year old CPU hey? I think you can push the Q6600s a lot further than 2.66GHz. They can quite easily reach 3.5 on air or 3.6+ on decent water.

Plus if it breaks it just an excuse to upgrade.That's my motto :P.

@nikanj I'd overclock the hell out of it but my board needs insane voltages to keep it stable, core i5 2500K goin in hopefully by the time BF3 and Skyrim show up.

Is that 24fps with FRAPS? I have a single 5870, downloading the demo now but not particularly hopeful I can run it in eyefinity at a playable fps... :p

@dannythemusicman 24 FPS without fraps, 19-21 with fraps. I'd imagine it will improve on the final release coupled with the first couple of patches and a corresponding driver update from ATi, they always tweak the drivers when a big title comes out. I'd happily play the singleplayer at this framerate on hardcore, but for serious multiplayer gaming I'd probably knock it down to Gamer setting to smooth it out a bit. I believe I was getting a mid 30 framerate on the gamer setting.

@Gimpylung i dont know how to fix this but with your specs it cant be your hardware cousing the bad frame rate... i have a gts 250 and a pentium dual core procesor and my frame rate is about 30-40 in 1080p, i know it is a extreem resolution you are playing on but in the rest of your video's it doesnt show..

new procesor will do the things right..if u go money go for some i7 or i5-2500/k for cheaper..
