On August 1, 2008, the Exploratorium and NASA TV broadcast the total solar eclipse live from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwestern China. http://www.exploratorium.edu/eclipse
While we wont be traveling to webcast the eclipse in 2009, we plan to cover the total solar eclipse in July 2010. For this year, were providing links to other eclipse Web sites, and well direct you to live Webcasts or broadcasts of the eclipse at http://www.exploratorium.edu/eclipse/2009/

that is so cool!!! I witnessed a solar eclipse too when I was in austria for the summer holidays in august 1999 was awesome!
