100 Pull-ups
800m Run
80 Knees To Elbows
80 Box Jumps
400m Run
60 Wall Balls
60 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull
50 Double Unders

Only one person per team is allowed to execute any reps at one time. The runs are completed with your teammate. Each exercise must be completed in full before moving onto the next. Reps can be divided between teammates in any way.
