very dangerous, it takes the tyre outside the design tolerances so handling can suffer or the tyre will blow. It's illegal in the UK as it voids your insurance. You are fined, given points on your licence and prosecuted for driving without insurance. The car is taken away and crushed unless you make changes and pay up. The sidewall is designed a certain way and should not stretch or bulge, if it does, it's dangerous and an instnt MOT fail. Why risk your own life, buy the correct tyre to fit
