Does Metering come into play when using Manual Shooting Mode? (ie does metering only work in creative mods TV, AV, P?)

@offspringy Good question! In manual Mode the exposure compensation bar (bottom of view finder) becomes more of a "predictor" of the exposure based on the metering mode used.
