Question about what kind of oatmeal: Irish Steel Cut Oatmeal (which isn't refined. This kind of oatmeal is not processed and takes about 30 minutes to cook) or are you using the processed "instant oatmeal" that takes only 5 mintues to cook. Or does it not matter what kind of oatmeal is used? Please answer, serious question.  Thank you. I don't what to buy the wrong product and have this not work. Cheers!

@BestLover34 Yep... It seems like my acne hunted my teenage life.. haha.. Wish I could have this acne solution before.. :( But that's ok.. I myself now has a skin smoother and lighter, I even look younger than those of my teenage life back then.. hahah.. Anyway, the site that my friend recommended me is StopAcneToday.Info.. So the title needs to be changed or it does work as bleaching

@izuma123 It isn't for bleaching. "Whitening" is just a fancy term for brightening your skin on and helping discoloration, such as redness or dark spots.

@NEngland55 You do not need that much sunlight to produce enough vit D...barely anyone stays (or can stay) totally out of the sun.so there is no real risk compared to what extreme tanning (especially in tanning saloons) does to you.

i think the point where it gets dangerous here is only when you start applying some weird bleaching creme.

@8sakuraleaf9 We are never satisfied. They stay out of the sun and no Vit D. What happen to bone as they get older - no natural vitamin. Some Asian females are so white that they look yellow white and very pale and very unhealthy.
