@CorvetteBG I can find something like it ,it's puff pastry i can buy it in The netherlands france england Belgium Germany Poland and i think every where here in eu it's also called french pastry

@CorvetteBG where in Europe do you live? I have lived in Spain and France and I found all the ingredients for beef empanadas, is it the crust pastry you can't find?

todo perfecto....everything perfect....except that horrible music....i was going to make empanadas but after being subjected to that music with that terrible argentinian accent....just forget it....i know i know i could've turned it off....

This is the easiest recipe for EMPANADAS. THANK YOU. Do you not brush anything on the outside of the pastry before baking? Also, where do you find the dough? Thank you.

@nemoryer we brush the empanadas with one egg, use a spoon to scramble it.... and a brush to brush it... the empanadas can be found on spanish markets, looks for brand like fargo or la Salteña, you can buy those brand online... .GOYA will not shield you a good quality empanada for baking, good luck...

@Kathybabe, is an argentina product, find it in a large mexican market, ask for FARGO or LA SALTENA. good luck
