The name of this air is "Nel cor più non mi sento" by Giovanni Paisiello (XVIII sec. Southern Italian composer)..Paisiello is also the author of the National Anthem of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (1734 -1860)

this is the warm, rounded singing, clear diction, awesome ornamentation that made her stand out early in her carrier. this is, indeed, VERY charming, not even the slightly slow tempo makes it sag.
