Yes, Corporations are people, until you ask them to take responsibily like a person would have to, then, suddenly they're not people anymore.

if corporations are going to be seen as people then why not trial them for treason when they deliberately make business moves that damages the security of the nation. Some of the most powerful corporations could bring down the economy with a few bad deals and some times bad deals are done on purpose. Is this not economic terrorism if its done on purpose?

The workers work for the executives. If the workers did not want to work for them, then they would quit their jobs.

Why should they be allowed to do this if a company is an entity/person/or the people. So the head can cut of the limbs but the limbs cant cut of the head. There are issues here with corporations being seen as a entity or the people, and until they are addressed I dont believe they should be seen as such.If they want to be seen as the people then they should be treated as the people. The workers should have a say so if they make up this entity. The heads made bad deals not the worker.Lay them off.

And minimum wage WOULD be $22.00/hr if we deregulated our economy. The executives directed that pay to themselves not because they wanted the company to fail, but because they made stupid decisions that they believed could work in their favor. If they were well versed in corporate economics, they would have laid off more workers, instead of just taking the existing worker's pay to compensate for their own losses. It is because they didn't calculate the potential gains for their future income.

They stole the workers pensions. Here is a tittle I found" Twinkie CEO Admits Company Took Employees Pensions and Put It Toward Executive Pay"something is wrong with you or you are a executive making excuses for yourself. They let the company go bankrupt probably to get rid of the unions so they wouldn't have to pay a fair wage. They went bankrupt cause they kept high executive wages who wanted the company to fail.minimum wage should be $22 an hour compared to the success of the 1960s wages.

Even if corporations were run by the evil monsters that you seem to think they are run by, they would have no choice but to represent their employees! You see, the financial interests of the corporation must coincide with those of its employees, otherwise it would not be able to turn a profit. If you need to know about Twinkies, it was their labor unions that forced Hostess out of business. The unions demanded wages that the company could not fulfill, effectively bankrupting the company.

Corporations do not represent large sums of people.Corporations are seen as an entity, like a man and its cells. The people of corporations should chop off its own head. The heads make the money, rules, bonuses, but run it in the ground then splits with the loot. They next man inherits the garbage and makes what he can before splitting too.Thats what its turned into for many large corps like twinkies.Low wages bails out gambling loses. Not all Corps but most, and they do it cause they can So why let them

It makes us people as well. Corporations are people because they represent large sums of people. It's not just wealthy investors and executives that are associated with corporations; it's the working class. Corporations drive this economy, that's why we have the world's highest corporate tax rate. The thing that really does hurt small business and the working class is the federal bailouts. They preserve corporate jobs, while preventing small business from forming.

Its because the people dont trust them no more. and they shouldn't.Dont bring up present crap here when you got to go to the beginning for the real story.the point of the whole break down. The county is broke and you expect people to be able to take out and try to repay loans?Poor bankers cant fool and trick people into debt that easy no more.when business is fair then the people will succeed. When corporations(even banks) are the people, what does that make you or me?
