Thats awesome! It has retractable wheels, and you don't even have to turn it upside down to pull it - you just push that lever.

Yes, this is new, it came out here in the US on July 5th, 2011. The shuttle adventure set looks just like this set, and that's set # 10213, that was released on June 28, 2010, discontinued on April 28th, 2011.
