  • John we need to set you up with a wireless mic for videos like these. Get a cheap lapel/tie tac mic...Just a thought :> Great video as always

  • will work on that. My current camera doesnt have a mic jack.. and had a new camera person that was farther away than optimal..

  • Why is your friend wearing a coat? I didn't know CA is cold in April. I thought it's always warm and sunny in Cali. LOL. Anyway, I love watching your show! Thanks for teaching us how to garden. What do you think about community garden? I live in an apartment and I don't have room to grow all the food I want.

  • In Lake Tahoe, California it snows! California isnt all a beach like bay watch! It does get cold here too. There are so many different climate zones in California. Community gardens are great. I have two plots right now. Get a community garden plot and start growing your greens! Check my videos to see how I built raised beds in my community garden.

  • John, I'm not sure where you get your time! I have been following your juicing series, I got the VRT-330 from you last year, and am now expanding my garden in Houston. I just found your growingyourgreens series and have been up past midnight several nights watching. Of particular interest was the set on drip irrigation in your 1of 7 set. Thanks a million for all your work you are helping a lot of us!

  • This is a GREAT video !!! Very informative. I am soooo inspired and can't wait to get building myself. I have been wanting this for a long time and finally said okay let's go ahead. I have seen lots of videos on building your own raised beds ... but I am SOOOO happy I came upon this video. You know your stuff. =) I have a feeling I am going to be watching a lot of your videos. =)

  • @dontay77 Or you could invest in a computer with louder speakers! lol...

  • You might try subtitles when hearing is difficult. I do not know the cost or your capabilities. I have enjoyed your videos. It would be nice to have a complete plan for

your front arbor. I think its is very attractive.

  • My laptop doesn't have very strong speakers either. I had an old set of plug-in speakers that I bought at a garage sale for $6 and they bring the volume up as loud as I want and then some. They're just a little cheap set....with a volume control. Plugs in where your headphones would go. Good luck getting more volume!

  • great lesson for me as well..thanks I will look at my yard...

  • I really like your friends back yard, what potential to grow.

  • good vid, i've also put hanging pots/troughs along my fence to max space.

ever look at the closed-captioning on your vids? i know it's beta, but wow is it off ! .pretty good for a laugh! i was rolling!LOL ..better than mad-libs
