I wish those HUGE sized pads would be available here in America if they're not already.
The blue liquid not only represents pee, but menstrual blood as well.

Looks like the blue liquid isn't exclusive to American commercials. They always use blue liquid in sanitary napkin and diaper commercials, to represent pee, or whatever bodily liquid the product is supposed to absorb.

Indeed there was. ;-) I was surfing the net in an Oxford internet cafe back in 1995 I think. £2.50 for something like 2 hours. I first got the internet at home in 1998.
