To get the maximum benefits of practicing this form:

•Watch this form fully first before following it.

•Think of facing 12 O'Clock (center) when you begin this form.

•Stand behind me like you are actually in the Studio following me. You will be doing the form authentically this way, not mirror image.

•The Form then turns to 11 O'Clock, returns to center, then turns to 1 O'Clock, returns to center.

•This motif repeats throughout the form.

•This Fundamental Form was specially designed to make the abstract physical art of Tai Chi tangible, easy and fun and to turn on absolute beginners to the renewing mind/body path of Tai Chi.
