  • I knew Edgar Winter used one on Frankenstein! : )

  • An Arp 2600 at first. On later tours he used a Voyetra,

  • Well of course he'd endorse it; he was surely paid...They are BOTH nice soft-synths!

  • Does anyone know what Edgar Winter used

    on Frankenstein?

  • Oh, Sorry. I got your discribtion wrong. You don't

actually say arturia created the arp2600. But anyway,

You should try the TimewARP2600. It's unbelievable close to the real thing, especially the moog-style filter section.

    cheers

  • Arturia didn't f_cking create the arp2600! They made a

Software Emulation with maybe good patches, but in terms of originality and sounds its nothing special.

There is another product by WayOutWare wich is unbelievable: TimewARP2600. It's actually authorised

by Alan R. Pearlman. I've never seen a better emulation of an analog self-oscillating Filter. Go check it out(demo). (I know this sounds like counter promotion, but stuff like that makes me angry)
