I'm from Colombia (South America) I've always loved foreign countries, languages & people but I didn't know much about Korea until I discovered Kdramas, then I got interested so I decided to research on it & now I'm learning the language so My interest grew, & I just fell in love, it's hard to explain but sometimes you develop interest for a certain country and it comes with a little bit of romanticism as well, I guess that's what makes traveling a pleasure, right?!! :-)

@poppinpussies you won't believe it, but there are also plenty of korean who speak english pretty well...so do I. Especially when you work in a hotel you meet a lot of people who do :)

@poppinpussies and also, it was never difficult for me to just go straight forward, starting conversations. when you are a foreigner in korea, its pretty easy to meet many different people. since you are always an object of interest :)
