what's with the bagpipes? i mean, yeah, it's cool. but does Kitsap have a lot of Scottish heritage or something? otherwise it doesn't make sense. i mean my grandparents live in Rockford, Illinois and it has deep Swedish roots, so there's lots of Swedish restaurants and things.
