t first person i saw, that i knew when i moved to montreal from vancouver was the owner of the sugar refinery. amazing venue, saw julie doiron there as well as this show. the julie show was so intimate, it made me cry.

sugar refinery was a little upstairs gallery/speakeasy on granville street in vancouver. not purpose built as a venue by any means but a great place to see a show, and there were many.

this was the first song from the Rheo`s that I ever heard from a Canadian friend when he was in germany on tour. At last a live version and its just as good! A very big thank you.You`ve made an old man very very happy today.
