@GibertzMcplank8888 so having hot steel pass through your brain multiple times before it has any effect is realistic? it may lose power against kevlar but a shot to the face is a shot to the face no matter how far away you are.

this does not always happen, also depends on the weapon and the soldier's equipment, which many do not know but with much less but shielding runs less clothing holds more lighter and stuff and also the historical influences

@GibertzMcplank8888 if you let go of the 9mm bullet 1500 meters above someones head the bullet will kill. the sniper rifle has much bigger bullets and its lethal up to 2500 meters so how could that guy survive a shot from about 300 meters?

This "Headshot Flinch" Happens when you shoot the neck. Do Solo Training and shoot the dummy's neck and it will always happen. Even if you're right in front of the dummy. Try it.
