That scene when H20 was out was actually Michael in H20 at the end being decapitated which should have ended the story. The paramedic switch was just some idea to keep the story going. Clever but unbelievable. Same scene of him being run down and thrown off a truck and standing up is also in the end of Halloween 4. Look up H4 the whole movie is on you-tube.
