Gliders can get higher using wind alone. You can Google wind and see what it is. There are boats that use wind also. Hope this helps Great video.

Hello, does this plane act like a sailplane if you turn the motor off? can you raise on a thermal? Beautiful airplane.

Not like a real sailplane because the of the high wingload. Raise on a thermal? Maybe in a very strong one. Just enjoy the flying with running engine :)
