  • Thanks for the comment. But rivets look and hold better than a quarter inch screw, especially in the corners of the gutter. Also we use those kinds of straps because they hold the downspout to the wall better than any other strap weve found in the past 30 years. When we install a downspout they are there to stay, so if you have to paint the siding or trim we would need to come out and take them down.

  • That was fast! I prefer aluminum myself but hey, I suppose plastic works too :/

  • @Imdill3 Thank you for the comment. We prefer aluminum gutter as well. In the video the downspouts being installed are aluminum not plastic.

  • Would you need to use a plump line to line up the brackets on multistory houses?

  • powder coated steel is best for gutters where im at and that was painful to watch

  • I hope you guys get paid bye the hour and not bye the foot, cuz that took way too long. And use zip screws rivets take too long and what about a repair? Good luck trying to save the spout.

  • rivets take too long. a gutter guy does not get paid by the hour. so time is money we get paid by the foot. quicker is better

  • Man you do Downspouts the hard way! At least you use rivets and not screws!

  • 7 mins to put an A dp on!?

  • sure ,,, easy on a one story,,try doin it on a ladder up on the 2nd story !

  • jason should probably buy a tape! Not that his weird hand movement isent accurate. How did you talk a homeowner into a 3 by 4 DS on a one story ranch. its also a bad idea to polk like six holes in something that shouldent leak. ten and an eighth to make a strap that fastens on the outside.
